Append a Label name to the Counter; REFerence the Counter with a REF
command. Like this:
Chapter ≪C1Good≫ -- The Good
Chapter ≪C1Bad≫ -- The Bad
Chapter ≪C1So-so≫ -- The Mediocre
Chapter ≪C1Ugly≫ -- The Ugly
Then: "As argued in Chapter ≪REFUgly≫, The Ugly will inherit the
earth."
REF commands aren't WYSIWYG: on screen, they all display as "00000".
But they _are_ WYGIWYN (What You Get Is What You Need): they print
out correctly.
