Of course. But what I meant was that for an app to tell Windows,
"I MUST have address such and so" and fail to load if it could
not get it was, I thought, impossible under the HAL, because it
would tell the arrogant app, "Here's your ruddy address such and
so [even if it wasn't]" and prevent the app from verifying
whether it was or wasn't.
