I think those are, in fact, matters of law, of which the factual correctness
can be readily ascertained. Far more disquieting is this:

Are you positing here that the nephew is her sister's son? Because if not,
there can be no certainty that the MP is in fact her brother's child and,
therefore, her nephew. Wildly irresponsible. What court has "competent"
jurisdiction?
