Yes, I know it's not a best practice. I've had reasons (two different Xy
setups, in different locations, used for vastly different chores, for
one), but in this case the minute I ran that the first time, I said to
myself, "this one goes in a U2 frame." Hadn't had a chance to do it yet,
so thanks for saving me the trouble.
You're right, of course, about the preferability (is there such a word?)
of GT over PV; I was working at the office, where I don't have the
Customization Guide. But I'm almost ALWAYS in Insert mode.

Well, VA$XD for one. I couldn't find it in the CG, nor in Tyson's book.
I did find it, of course, in Table Variables, which is invaluable.
