I misspoke about something in the first solution. MD UL and MD IT should both
be set to a value of 9, not 19. And I'm also not real sure that you need to
move MD UL above MD IT in the Display table; what's more important is that both
be set to the MoDe that produces underlining (probably 9). Consult the Color
Table (TABLE COLOR) to find out which MoDe number that is. Should be
in range 1-15. You *may* need to turn underlining on at the DOS level! To do
that simply, locate UNDERLN.EXE in EDitor's directory, and then, at any time
you lose underlining, command "UND".
