Underline, italic, etc. in vDosXy

This is just a brief sketch of what to do to get underline and italic on
screen with vDosXy and XyWrite 4.

In config.txt, add the line:

WP = 5
Start XyWrite, ignore the strange look of the screen, and use these menu
items:
Advanced / Preferences / Defaults, then choose Screen Colors and press
Enter.
Change Action Bar Colors/Menu Items to 31 (this is just an example of
one possible setting).
Change Pull-down Menu Colors/Menu Items to 23 (again, this is just an
example).
Uncheck "Make changes permanent" ( so that you're stuck with these if
you don't like them) and then press OK.
Move down the list of Defaults to Screen - Type Style Colors and press
Enter.

Set Underline to 113.

Set Italic to 30.

Again uncheck "Make changes permanent." Press OK.

Press Close.
You should now experiment with other color settings (e.g. Bold Italic).
I hope someone more expert in XyWrite comes up with a full set of color
settings.
