Thanks to Robert, Judith, David, Dick, Michael (and Bob, in a personal note)
for all the great suggestions. And thanks to all for for forbearing to
flame me for being so naive. My kids insisted on AOL at home a few years
ago for instant messaging with their friends, but even they are fed up with
it by now.
