OT: Nitro PDF

Is anyone familiar with this program from VComm (the
publishers of System Commander and the Fix-It
Utilities) ? Is it any good ? There happens to be a
half-off online sale for it, ending very soon.

And a related question: Is there a program that allows
one to easily capture web pages (which also contain
graphics / charts / screenshots) directly to PDF ?
