I agree, and you should comment on the lines to a
separate comment file too.
How many people know what each line of their STARTUP.INT
for XY3, or the SETTINGS.DFL of XY4 mean anymore. A few
months after setting you may not recognize the cryptic
comments and settings and why you changed or reset them.
So STARTUP.INT and STARTUP.TXT, the latter a copy of STARTUP.INT
with comments on each setting.
