I had a private discussion with Bill on downloads. There are abandonware
sites that have W2K (e.g. http://winworldpc.com/library.shtml). For
installing W2K from a CD or files, you should first build an ISO image,
it makes the VM installation a snap. ImgBrun (http://www.imgburn.com/)
can make the ISO from a CD or a folder. I like this software a lot.
