Just for the record., I believe there have been a number of things
that created displays like this, and if I rooted around in my dusty
collection of diskettes I would find some. Other than freeware
util.s whose name I can't recall at this point, the replacement DOS
command processors NDOS (came with the Norton Util. set) and its
parent 4DOS come to mind. They wrote a DESCRIPT.ION file
containing this sort of customizable display, which showed whenever
you took a DIR.
