Of the four values you asked about, I find only one in my own file:
$WX ®VA$WX¯ Windows Font Family. Displays the Bitstream font used for
character substitution. The format is:
va $wx®MDIT¯n®MDNM¯
where ®MDIT¯n®MDNM¯ is a number from 1 to 4
®VA$WX1¯ 1 displays the name of the serif Bitstream font
®VA$WX2¯ 2 displays the name of the sans serif Bitstream font
®VA$WX3¯ 3 displays the name of the monospaced Bitstream font
®VA$WX4¯ 4 displays the name of the decorative Bitstream font
