No Jordan, adding HTML markup is fairly easy (at least on things like List postings).
It's the editing into an "article" where the real work comes in.
It's usually the case that a particular tip isn't presented in a concise "chunk".
It'll be spread out over several messages, and needs to be boiled-down.
Even the "reduction" isn't terribly difficult.
It's the finding...and the gathering together that's hard.

If someone wants to do the finding, and just toss text into a file and send it to me...
that I think I can manage to work into something usable.
