I've never had any trouble with this (except when I tried to
use Ultravision) on my Dell Inspiron 3200 laptop using
Win98SE. I use Xydos4.018 in a Win screen, and have done
some playing around with an old CAD program that opens only
in Dos. Both come up full frame. Also never had any problem
with display size in Xy4.014 in a Dos screen (or was it
..012?) on my old Texas Instrument Travelmate.

I have no idea how I accomplished this, but if someone wants
to give me some ideas about where to look in my Dos or Win
settings or elsewhere, I'd be glad to report back.
