Sure, I do this all the time. Lets me develop a cost estimate more heavily
formatted than I could do in a spreadsheet, and I work my way down through
the document copying bits of stuff into a summary paragraph at the head.
I'd get lost if I had to skip back and forth through the file all the time.
Easier than bookmarks.
