I am not sure I understand what you want, but try putting the function into your STARTUP.INT file.
To do that, open STARTUP.INT in XyWrite, go to the command line, type in
PFUNC TI, and hit ENTER.

You probably should position the function to come at the end of STARTUP.INT.
