Perhaps you would kindly spell out exactly what you do? I cannot help
these people having problems, because it's so long since I used III
that I don't recall how to format a file, print from it, or pretty
much anything.

If you could post:
1) when and where you issue the net use command.
2) How you tie your printer to its port within Xy.
3) Exactly what you do to print.
