TSR problems under 4.016 upgrade.

  Another problem I'm noticing is that my capslock key won't stick.
It lasts for a short while -- varies between two keystrokes to ten or so, but
always comes undone. Has anyone else noticed this? Is it a known bug or is my
keyboard flaking out?
