It's easy to debug a kbd file. Just use a binary process--testing half,
then half of half ... lather, repeat.

You have a head start because you say you know the problem is in a section
(CASS+XTRA) of your kbd file. Comment out everything below a point halfway
down CASS+XTRA (easy to do using ChangeInvisible). Reload the kbd file, see
if problem returns. To test, use that letter to Robert that you say crashes
reliably. Keep narrowing by half. Eventually you'll find the offending line.
