Hmm and hmm . . . well I think the best bet is probably an outside
utility for Windows or DOS, similar to the one for OS/2 that Carl has
mentioned. Another thought would be to replace wordspaces with hard
returns and alpha-sort the file--kludgy of course. And I suppose if one
worked at it for awhile one could probably come up with an XPL routine
that could replace a word with itself, which returns a prompt telling
you how many words were replaced, trap that prompt, and place it in an
alternate window. Then, too, if you were interested only in proper
names, batch spelling auto-sorts the words by caps and then lc. If I
think of anything else, I'll reply again.
