I bought one of them as well. The touch is indeed better on the Avant
Stellar, but the programmability, IMHO, is better on the Maxiswitch. I
forget what the exact problem was with the Avant Stellar--was it that you
can't program a macro to repeat? Something like that. Both the Avant and
Maxi have function keys on top AND on the left.
