Dear CarlI have done a little more sleuthing. The colour scheme <Solarized Light> appears to allow changing both the background #1 and the text #7. I seem to be able to get any choice of background and text with this one, using the same system of changing the colour of #1, #7, not selecting a different #$.
Best wishes Paul On 03/03/2020 03:04, Carl Distefano wrote: Reply to note from "Paul Breeze" <dmarc-noreply@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> (Redacted sender "paul.breeze" for DMARC) Mon, 2 Mar 2020 14:23:14 +0000 But if you change #7 to the colour you want, it seems to work -- for this colour scheme anyway. Yes, that's it! I was using color #10 for Text, while the tc-maxx blue setting stayed assigned to #7. Switching to #7 for Text does the trick. By extension, I thought that maybe setting #15 to the background value would "stick" as well, but no joy. I'm quitting while I'm ahead. Thanks for your sleuthing, Paul. x
