Kari, Thank you - that pointed to the answer I was looking for. Carl, The problem with the POSTGHST.PR4 driver is that the wrong printer font is set as the substitute for STANDARD. If you edit the Printer Font Substitution table in the driver, and move STANDARD from the line that starts with COURIER10 and move it to the line that starts with COURIER, then you can print by default in Courier without changing the default font setting. I still can’t figure out how to force the left margin of the printout to the right to avoid the unprintable left 6 mm (quarter-inch) of the page, but that will be my next project.
