Try deleting your browser history. There should not be any problem (I am
using Firefox latest edition, the actual server is in France, loads
fine). Firefox even opens the PDFs to view without downloading the file
separately.

No idea whether this is a local issue or a larger one, but on a new
Windows 11 Pro system, Firefox downloads from lexitec.fi, as well as
other links provided here (Carl's as well), result in this message
