Paul,Thanks for the information. I have been experimenting with two-sided printing and laminating the result. It is difficult to get to the original measurements with a regular A4/Letter-size printer (the template is a bit too wide). However, I have managed to make a workable solution. I used Xara Publisher to align the two pages perfectly, and Acrobat X to print on an Epson printer. I set it up on Letter-sized paper but it prints ok on A4, the Letter-sized version may be a bit smaller. After printing, I laminated it and cut it to size. I think the result is very nice. Edward Mendelson sent me both sides of the Template, so this template now has both Xy3 and Xy4 keys. Edward also tipped me on how to fix Acrobat X on Win10. Thank to you, Lisa and Edward, and my tinkering, the templates could be revived.

Kari, The long keyboard template image I sent you is 295mm including the Xyquest tab on the left hand end and 54mm wide. There is a blank tab on the right hand end that is not included in the scan (it will not fit on the scanner bed) which is 45mm. I would think you could probably omit both end tabs, in which case the width of the template itself is 251mm. The other template is 123 x 67 mm.Best wishes Paul
