Any news about SmartWords

I've been offline for some time, so can anybody tell we if there is any new
intelligence about SmartWords, over say the last six months?

Failing that, I believe there is a Windows version of Nota Bene about to be
released. Can anyone tell me how easy it is to switch from XY orXYwin to
Nota Bene, and what the penalties are?
