re: scrambled files when saving to two removable drives. you might try a line in your startup.int file that gives the drive letters, such as BC A:,B: then anytime you type "sa" on the command line, you automatically save to both drives (I have it set to save each time to three drives, and I guess you could do it for several more if you wanted) tom horton
