I think something like this could be done. I really don't have the time to play around with this today, but it would seem to me that something on the order of BX spell Q2 ES GT @@ might do the job.

You invoke the spell command, and the speller will scroll through the file until encountering a word it doesn't like. Instead of using the options on the spell menu,  you escape, go to text area and put in two at signs (or whatever) next to the dubious word. If this works, then try looping it, so that the speller runs through the whole file.
