4.016 disables IBID

This is a problem with the 4.016 EDITOR.EXE file that has just
recently come to our attention. I will have my sales office
forward a copy of version 4.017E of the EDITOR.EXE file. This
version of the Editor can be updated to allow the use of Ibid
through the IBIDINST command. Full installation instructions
will be included.
