WINDOWS 3 ALACARTE

Will I get a fix of the alacarte problem with the new version of XY (3.54 or
etc.) ? Righnow, when I run XyWrite fm either a window or in full-screen,
exclusive or not, pressing the letter of the alacarte function produces the
letter on my text screen. e.g., F6-F produces an F on my document, rather than
letting me proceed to save, store, or do something else with the document.
Help appreciated! thanks!
