Yes, it is. Archives for 1999 to the present can be obtained from
the list processor. The list processor address is
; note that it is different from the
mailing list address. Send LISTPROC an e-mail consisting of the
single line INDEX XYWRITE and a list of files will be sent back to
you. Archive files are in the form LOGyymm.

To request a particular file, send a message consisting of
GET XYWRITE [filename] to the LISTPROC address. To search the
archives for a text string, send SEARCH XYWRITE [text_to_find].
The results are returned to you by e-mail.

Although the INDEX command lists archive files going back to 1994,
files covering the period 1994-98 were removed some time ago and the
GET command will return "file not found". These earlier files are
available at XyWWWeb in .ZIP format. Point your browser to
http://users.datarealm.com/xywwweb/ and use its Find function to search
for "archives for 1994-98" (no quotation marks).
