menu not to my liking

          For some unknown reason, XY4 has gone off the blink by
going exclusively into the Menu Mode. It no longer allows me to LDPM or use
Xywwweb.u2. It has made things unpleasant and awkward.. I am attaching my
Startup.int file, in case the fault lies their. Has anyone else experienced
the same problem it.
