They both hit a ceiling at 640K -- that's *kilo*bytes. Anything more
than that won't help, except insofar as it can be configured as
expanded memory (EMS), up to 4 Megs of which may be used for the
spell-checking function only. Xy isn't designed to take
advantage of extended memory, alas.
That's always been my understanding. But then there are cases
like Maben's, who doesn't get an X and has no jerky cursor. What,
oh what, is going on?
