Re: Book formatting???

I will send an actual chapter of my last book, with full formatting and
links to illustrations, in XX-encoded form (or XXBUG-encoded for anyone who
does not have a decoder) to anyone who requests it before 0800 next Monday
morning. I will send it to Myron without a request. This was done without a
U2 file, so all the commands are standard. The strange clumps of characters
in the file will be Chinese.
