Not dead. I am still using 4.13 in a virtual XP machine in both
Win7 and in Win10 with Virtual Box. I can get more done (in my
law office setting) with it than the new stuff. Just my 2 cents
worth.

Unusable now, under Win7 and following MS operating systems, but
satisfactorily usable in previous versions of Windows. I continue
to use it in a secondary PC, which runs Win XP.
Any way, dead. Unhappily.
