(1) Is spam a current problem for this list? . . . (2) How much
non-subscriber traffic do we have?

Nathan ought to be the best judge. After all, he can almost reach
Sanford (Cyberpromo) Wallace without electronic intervention.

In general, though, if anything helps put down spam, I'm for it.
