Hi David,

Thanks for the recommendations. I found 16 screens x
about 8 - 10 extensions listed per page, so this is
clearly a growth industry. There is even one for
folks who miss the old video game PONG, apparently
simulating it. Of the ones you mentioned, so far I've
tried and really like Copy Plain Text (isn't Win
supposed to do something like this _natively_ ?), and
AdBlock. I plan to check out the others you
mentioned, though you can already do a direct PDF
download, bypassing a load into Acrobat, with a
SHIFT-RightClick on the link in Moz, under either OS/2
or Win.

There are a number of other extensions that look
interesting. I had high hopes for BugMeNot, having
used the service standalone a few times in the past
with success. Alas, sites like the Washington Post
seem to have taken effective countermeasures, so this
no longer works, with or without the extension.
