RE Attachments

Hmm. Ted, I suspect that it's a function of one's e-mail app or one's own
ISP's procedures. I say that because I too get the digest, and have
ALWAYS had the separate postings as attachments. On the other hand, a
real attachment is usually an attachment to the attachment, which one
needn't save if one is suspicious of its bona fides. If you don't want to
go to the trouble of opening each one by one, does your e-mail app let
you save the file as plain text? Do so, then open it in XyWrite or some
other text editor, and all the attachments should be in one file. At
least, that's how Juno works. Juno also--at least the older version I
use, and the reason I REFUSE to "upgrade"--permits nothing but plain
text, though after the file is saved as text, one does get the MIME
garbage interlarded with the text. I see you use your university account,
so perhaps the tech support people could tell you what, if anything, has
changed.
