First, you might want to talk your employer into upgrading to v. 4.015, an
immensely more flexible program. Because XyWrite is so peremptory in direct
access to BIOS services, its installation has turned out for me to be sensitive
to TSR's. I had a problem like yours with v. 4, but a clean reboot so that
there are no TSR's solved it.
