Re: missed the trapeze

Re Ted Stannard's difficulties installing Xy, I seem to recall that,
believe it or not, one has to remove one's CD drive (probably by
dis-attaching its its power and data cables, before installing. The one
re-attaches the CD.

Is this right? I never had this problem myself, but the CD-connection was
so bizarre, when I read about on this list, that it stuck in my mind.
