RE: suppress page breaks?

Easiest method is, before sending the output to a file, to set
document values for FD and PL to be the same (66 or even greater),
TP=0 and BT=0. You may also want to set OF=0 and LM=0.
Of course, footnotes wouldn't appear correctly, but endnotes
would be fine.

This whole procedure could be made more elegant, but that's the
quick & dirty way.
