Can I remind everyone of the IBM Butterfly? That was the one with the
brilliant fold-out keyboard -- a triumph of the Lexmark keyboard
people. I remember discussing its reception with Jonathan Gandal, who
was doing PR for it. Everyone loved it, he said, except for one
editor who couldn't figure out how to turn it on. He finally admitted
it was Michael Miller.
