Re: MS-Word saves in XY4?

Unclear which direction you want to go--is it Xy to Word or Word to
Xy? Your first sentence implies Xy to Word, but your last sounds like
opening a Word file in Xy.
At any rate, have you tried NotaBene as an intermediary? I just opened a
Word .doc file in it, and it did nicely with the footnotes, running header,
block quotes, and subheads.

I'm using NB 8.
Has anyone developed a better filter or whatever to save xy4 files as
word docs? The stock one doesn't seem to work very well at all. I can
import just about any flavor of word doc into openoffice with pretty
good results, sometimes the formatting is a bit off, but with the xy4
"word.doc" it just shows up as garbage mixed with the text.
