It's curlnossL (letter "L"). The ZIPfile contains the correct
file
(curlnossL.exe). The BATch file nowhere mentions Curl. The VBS
script correctly refers to curlnossl. You're not explaining
your problem, whatever it is, correctly.

UnZIP again (overwrite everything) and Install again.
