The Xy4 utility doesn't work properly to produce Postscript width tables
for Xy4 printer driver (or XyWin working with Xy printer driver). I have
developed Postscript width tables either using Robert Holmgren's
procedure (see Jumbo file or XyWeb) or Signature utility (it works,
believe me).
