NB not 32 bit

I don't know if anyone else has answered the question about
whether NBWin is 32 bit...  Here's what I did:

Load NB.
Run Win98's "System Information" utility.
Look at Software Environment / Drivers / 32 bit Modules Loaded.
  Nothing is listed for NB
Look at Software Environment / Drivers / 16 bit Modules Loaded.
  Here there were many NB bits and pieces, including NB.exe.
  Under "type" the NB modules are identified as "3.1". I have
   no idea what that means, but the other type I see elsewhere
   is "4.0".
