I thought that, in a sudden fit of nihilism, you now wanted the key
to do nothing at all. Evidently I misunderstood.

You aren't working in draft or, heaven forbid, graphical view, are
you? You really need to toggle into eXPanded view to edit the
keyboard file, so you can see what's there and what isn't.

If you've installed the XyWWWeb U2, import this message into XyWrite
and issue DECODE to get the tilde assignment below.

After decoding, delete the existing line in your .KBD file, and copy
the above in its place. Re-LOAD the keyboard file.

You're gonna get this tilde, Arthur -- whether you want it anymore
or not!
