Good to know. Strange, isn't it, that the exception doesn't extend
to legal writing. I've always been loath to add punctuation to
quoted material, but the Bluebook bows to convention in this regard.
Quotations, in my view, should track the original as far as
possible.
When will your work in progress see the light of day?
