vDosplus download

I'm currently running build 2016.09.02 of the 2015. Is vDosPlus different
in more than just name? If so, can I (and should I) use Carl's VDLUPD to
install it, or do a new entire install, or what? And, after considerable
searching, I could nto find the download site, so the URL would be appreciated.
