Actually, I think there is a built-in icon editor, which I think I stumbled into a
few times by accident. It did not look easy or intuitive to me. There are also a
few relevant Shareware app.s (IconEase and Icon Heaven come to mind), not to
mention a drawing program or two for that platform. But I think a common factor
when it comes to editing a graphic is that you need to have _some_ drawing ability.
